How Do I Register?

Every child must be registered before using OOSH and Vacation Care. 

ALL NEW REGISTRATIONS MUST BE DONE USING A DESKTOP OR LAPTOP COMPUTER, before downloading the My Family Lounge App.

Enrollment Fees

An enrollment fee is charged for each enrollment. For families with multiple children, this is charged on a sliding scale:

One child           $35

Two children      $65

Three children   $90

Annual re-enrollment fee $15

Should you require support for your enrollment, a $60 Assisted Parent Portal Registration fee is payable.

Registering for My Family Lounge in 3 Simple Steps

Step 1
Looking to enrol your child at our service! Simply register your contact details by selecting REGISTER if you are NEW to My Family Lounge. 

For families who have an EXISTING My Family Lounge account, skip the registration process and go to step 2.

Step 2
Log into your MFL account and tell us about you, your child and what bookings you are after so we can help you out.

Step 3

Once you have requested a permanent booking for Before or After school care, we will come back to you and advise if we have a spot available for your child. When we have a spot, we will email you an Offer. Simply accept the offer, complete and submit your child’s Enrolment form online to confirm your spot.
